2019 XC Season: Week #1 Aug. 12-17th

 2019 Season Begins August 12th @ 8AM
Where:  Orchard Trail Park parking lot ( across the street from CP track)  We will be meeting there till the track parking lot gets completed.

To Do List before the 1st day of practice:

•  Register for Cross Country hit the link Here !
• Update your physical if needed.  Notify Coach Moorhead
• TC Running for new training shoes.
• Print out the team race calendar and put it on your fridge!
• Contact Coach Moorhead if you are out of town during week #1.
• Bring $25 for 2019 Team Shirts ( cash or check to CP Cross Country).
