8 AM Monday, Wednesday & Friday: LifeTime Fitness
8 AM Tuesday: Coon Rapids Dam Parking Lot
8 AM Thursday: 109th Round-a-bout: Entrance to Elm Creek
7 PM Tuesday & Thursday: Coon Rapids Dam Parking Lot
