If you are on family vacation during MEA, you must inform the coaching staff Monday !
It is expected that you will train the days you are not with the team.   This is our Championships prep week for Sections !

Girls' Recap:  Captain Sarina Lindell led the Varsity Ten to a 8th place finish, beating 2016's 9th place finish.Top team finisher was newcomer Emma Berge who earned All-Conference HM.  Emma was followed by Emily Lindell and Maggie Grossman in 43rd and 50th.  Running in the #4 and #5 spots were Sarina Lindell in 62nd and Atley Schreiner in 78th.   Five of the top six ran either seasonal bests or all-time bests.  Emma, Maggie and Greta all dropped at least 60 seconds from previous season bests!  1-5th Team Spread was a Seasons' Best, 62 seconds !
Cassie Adams, Hayley Jiracek and Cassidy Tanner led the JV Team to a 9th place overall out of 14 teams.  #'s 4 & 5 for the JV were Caitlin Richter and Maggie Holm.  Dropping over 2 minutes from her previous best was Cassidy and Caitlin McArdle,  followed by Caitlin's Richter's 1:29 drop in time.
Boys' Recap: Captain Connor Janostin led the Rebels to a 5th place team finish, the highest since 2003.  In all 5 Rebels earned All-Conference Awards, they were; Connor in 7th, Danny Kloeppner in 27th, Ben Fischer 34th,"Shoeless" Mitch Kahl  in 41st and Eoin Keran in 42nd.   1-5th Runner Team Spread was our 2nd best of the season at 54 seconds !
Senior Tim Urvig led the JV Boys' to a 7th place team finish with a 10th place finish followed by Zac Oldroyd's 27th.  Rebel #'s 3-5 were Andrew Scinicariello in 75th, Kyle Ostendorf in 81st and Cole Lindfors in 90th. Nine of the 14 Rebel runner's ran to seasonal or all-time personal bests !

Outstanding Racing Rebels !  Now on to Sections in 2-Weeks!
