5AA Recap:After a season of rain and mud the blue skies opened up for a chilly but beautiful day for the 5AA Champs. Taking advantage of this the Rebels rocked 44 All-Time/LifeTime Bests !
Girls' Recap: Captains Emily, Greta & Anne helped propel the Rebel Varsity to a 7th Place Varsity Girls' Team Finish. Leading the Rebels was State Qualifier Abby Hibbs who finished 16th, Emily in 47th, 9th Grader Elise Oldroyd in 49th, Atley Schreiner in 53rd and Maggie Grossman in 61st. Leading the JV Team to 7th Place was 8th Grader Ellie Grossman who finished 27th followed by Melina Ung in 40th, Ashlyn Murphy in 42nd, Gabby Wahl in 46 and Cassidy Tanner in 52nd.
Boys' Recap: Two athletes under the former school record put the Rebels in 6th Place Varsity Boys' Finish. Connor Preston's 15:56 5th place and Dontae Johnson's 16:16 11th place finish led the Rebels, with 9th Grader Ethan Ibarrain 47th, Mark Scheller in 50th and Jack Nightingale in 76th.
Leading the JV Team to 4th Place was Keegan Poston's PR 17:48 9th place finish followed by 22nd place finisher Kyle Ostendorf, 28th place finisher Blake Olson, 40th place Joe Eisenberg and Grayson Holtz who finished 46th.
Of Note: Of the few that didn't PR 7 runners ran there seasonal bests which is not a bad thing :)
Also a Big Thanks to the Terrific Jackson turnout with 17 athletes competing in the JV Race !!!!!
