CP Cross Country Summer Running Program
Weekly Training Runs: Monday - Friday @ 8:00am - Note: Start time may vary! (Make sure to join Remind to stay updated on any changes)
June 12-July 30
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ :"The Forum"...LifeTime Fitness
- Tuesday and Thursday @ CR Dam, Brooklyn Park Side
Keep a daily "Running Log" for the Summer, recording how far, how it felt and what trail you ran. At the conclusion of the summer the coaching staff will award "Summer Mileage" awards to those who put in the miles!
We encourage all to attend at least 3 running sessions a week at a minimum. Attending at least 3 sessions allows for your own personal flexibility with summer activities. The greater the attendance during the summer, the greater chances you will have a break-thru season this Fall !
- Summer Mileage Awards will be handed out at the end of the summer training season. Those who have reached 150, 200, 300 Miles will receive the 2022 Summer Mileage Gear!
- July 4th Week: Captains Practice July 1-7th
- Captains Practice Date(s): July 31- August 13th
- 2023 Season Start Date: August 14th
