Weekly Training Runs: Monday - Friday @ 7:00am and 7:00pm
June 11 - August 14th.

The
Summer Running Program is a pre-season training program for the
Rebels Cross Country team, which is made up of incoming 6th - 12th
graders. We invite all that may be interested in running
XC this fall
with either the high school program or our middle school program to

Keep a daily "
Running Log"
for the Summer, recording how far, how it felt and what trail you
ran. At the conclusion of the summer the coaching staff will award
"Summer Mileage" t-shirts to those who put in the miles!
