Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ Ice Forum
Tuesday & Thursday @ CR Dam Champlin side
All are at 8am and typically will be completed by 9:15.
Note: Saturday and Sunday are for Cross Training
Examples: Swimming, Biking, Waterskiing, Chilling :)
Note: Another
warm one for us. Please hydrate during the day. Eat well....keep up
the calories for these runs :) Hose down the legs each day after you
get home to allow the legs to recover better.
