Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ Ice Forum
Tuesday & Thursday @ JRAC
All are at 8am and typically will be completed by 9:15.
Note: Saturday and Sunday are for Cross Training
Examples: Swimming, Biking, Waterskiing, Chilling :)
Guest Speaker & Author: Don Timm, Former Gopher XC & Steeplechase runner.
