2016 Summer Training Program

Rebels Cross Country Summer Running Program
Weekly Training Runs: Monday - Friday @ 8:00am 
June 13 - August 14th
The Summer Running Program is a pre-season training program for the Rebels Cross Country team, which is made up of incoming 6th - 12th graders. We invite all that may be interested in running XC this fall with either the high school program or our middle school program to join us this summer. Keep a daily "Running Log" for the Summer, recording how far, how it felt and what trail you ran. At the conclusion of the summer the coaching staff will award "Summer Mileage" t-shirts to those who put in the miles!
We encourage all to attend at least 3 running sessions a week at a minimum.    Attending at least 3 sessions allows for your own personal flexibility with summer activities.  The greater the attendance during the summer, the greater chances you will have a break-thru season this Fall !
  • Summer Mileage T-Shirts will be awarded at the end of the summer training season.  Those who have reached 200, 300, 400+ will receive the 2016 Summer Mileage "T"!
  • Washington Lake Training Camp will take place TBA.
  • July 4th Week:  Captains Practice   July 2-8th
  • Captains Practice Date(s):  Aug. 1-14th
  • 2016 Season Start Date:  August 15th

CDAA Track Clinic 2016

2016 CDAA Track & Field Clinic
Hosted by Rebels Cross Country

All current  athletes and parents of Rebels Cross Country, we have accepted the task of hosting the 5th Annual CDAA Track & Field Clinics / Meet for 2016.   This is our first fund raiser for the upcoming season.  Please set aside the next two Fridays at 5:30pm for the clinics.
