Rebel XC News:  Former Hamline University and CP distance runner Rachel Simmer has joined the XC coaching staff.

Practice & Race Schedule: Mon-Thurs. 7:30 am or 2:45pm @ Track
Monday: 30-45' Run ( 169 Bridge)    6 Accels
Tuesday:  800's on the Track - Goal Pace
Wednesday: 30-45' Run ( Left @ the "T")
Thursday:  Recovery Run ~ 30-45'    POT LUCK @ 5:30 in CP Cafeteria
Friday: Rebel Northwood's Invit.  Team Report @ 8AM!
Saturday: Coon Rapids Dam
