Thoughts for the Week
  • Nutrition:  Eat a balanced meal...Protein, Carbs, Iron...include your fruits and vegetables.  Hydrate...bring a bottle of water to your classes.
  • Sleep:   Let's hit the pillow by 10:00pm.  Getting at least 7 hours of Sleep !!!
  • Academics:  Get your homework done!  Start projects now, get ahead of the game.  There is no excuse to fall behind in your academics !
